Subeer Real Estate

SUBEER Real Estate was established by the well-known international Subeer Mohamed Hassan Hersi, after a lot of requests from family and friends outside of the motherland not being able to purchase or build lands and renovate houses back Subeer Real Estate was established in 2022 February 24th.

The services that we provide are: selling, buying land and properties, building and renovating residential houses, malls, hospitals, schools, and public & private buildings. We also do rental services.

Our head office is in Hargeisa Somaliland and we also operate in Somalia, DDS, and Kenya. Subeer real estate's main goal is to connect the sellers and buyers with Mr. Subeer representing and guaranteeing both parties. Subeer’s mission is to create jobs for the youth of the country as all the workers who work for him are all citizens of the country and studied in the country instead of hiring from abroad, Mr. Subeer's employees are 80% women. In a short amount of time, Subeer Real Estate became the “bridge” between the somali diaspora and their native countries. The company made it easier for the diasporas to invest in land and properties and to participate in building the booming economy of the country.
